I must let you know how you have helped me these last few week’s, I have always been terrified to

use a computer, I was in Estate Agency for 22 years, I could just about use the system that was set up

set up for us, but I was always worried I would loose the information that was on the system.

Having been made redundant, I then was lucky to find employment as a receptionist, over the months

working as a receptionist, this position has now escalated to being a PA to the director (you can imagine

my fear, I thought I would have to leave).

This is where you came in, you have given me the knowledge and confidence to be able to do this

new role given to me, you are such a patient lady, everyone else tells you information so quickly, where I

have always felt, you have to say you understand, (even if you don’t). You don’t mind how many times I  

ask you to repeat what we have already done.
