Gail Tyler is an experienced Computer Trainer with endless patience to help any level of computer user from absolute beginners to someone requiring complex help with specific Microsoft and Sage software.

Being City and Guilds, CLAiT and Sage Qualified, Gail is able to attune her training to suit any level and requirement.

"I have spent much of my adult life in business. 20 years as a hotelier and the last 7 years working for my second husband doing the company accounts.

"I returned to college in 1999 to study computing.  I spent the next 3 years taking all the courses I teach now. 

"During the last 12 years I have also carried voluntary work for the Fightback Trust which consisted of manning the help line, becoming a treasurer, chair person and ‘buddying’ 2 terminally ill people.  So for most of my life patience is something I’ve learned and know how to use when it comes to teaching."
